I strive to return messages and schedule each new client meeting within 24 hours of your contact, and to hold the meeting at your home within 4 days as your schedule allows.

During this meeting I will come to your home and get to know you, your pets, their routine, any medical or behavioral considerations, and learn about your abode as well.

Your service will not be confirmed until you complete and return the Client Questionnaire, and agree to the Terms of Service Contract provided during our meeting.
